There are several apps out there that will do this for you.
RetroSpect Direct comes to mind immediately
(www.retrospect.com or www.dantz.com), if your
CDR/CDRW is in their list of 'supported' hardware.

I'm not sure how Apple's CD burning software handles
files over the CD's actual size (is it like iTunes, where
it splits it into multiple CD's?)....
