Here's an example that I just tested:

tell application "Finder" of machine "eppc://kirkwood.sea.adobe.com"
name of disk 1
end tell

You can't login to my machine, obviously, so you'll need a working IP address.

Also I originally typed this as:

tell app "eppc://kirkwood.sea.adobe.com/Finder/"

and it got changed to the form above.
