Toggling File Sharing on OS X

Hi All,

On OS X, I'd like to turn on and off File Sharing via an AppleScript. How
do I do that?

I'm trying to do what "tell application "File Sharing" to set file sharing
to true/false" would do in OS 9, but "File Sharing" is assimilated into
System Preferences now, and it seems that doesn't have a dictionary. I'm
willing to explore a Unix command-line way of toggling File Sharing too.

Thanks a lot!
Dean
