Thank goodness. System 6 is dead. Long live System 7, er, 8, no, 9, damn, 10, oops, I mean X!

Seriously, X is no more difficult than 9. It just has different details. There are many steps backwards in terms of UI, but it seems that's what you want, although they haven't gone back to the black and white of System 6. However, X is moving forward, so it's going to get better, by definition.

I've played with Jaguar, and it rocks. Seriously, things are getting better all the time. X has its problems, but so does 9, so I don't think that's sufficient reason to resist the flow toward the future.
