Good beginner's book

Hey all,

I've been banging my head against the wall trying to learn AppleScript on my
own, but it's getting too frustrating.

Are there any good beginner's books for AppleScript?

Also, are there any AppleScript reference books, along the lines of the
Camel Book for Perl?
