I agree this would be nice. I'm also thinking that if code folding gets
implemented, that the ability to fold block comments individually would
be very nice.
I don't know if you're on sd-talk, but he appears to be looking at
implementing some rather similar ideas, these would seem to fit in well
with the features he's currently considering.
