Scripting Startup Disk System Preference in OS X

Greetings All,

I am not new to Applescript by any means but I am totally new to scripting
in OS X. I am wondering if there is anyway to script the startup disk
control panel in OS X the way you can in 9? I don't have the code handy but
what I am trying to do is basically select a disk to start from and then
restart the machine using the disk. I know I can do this in OS 9.2.1. So can
anyone help me do this in x???

Thanks in advance.

Allen
