So do I. However, I'm not mailing it out to people.

Instead, I'm providing a URL, since I just remembered that the Scriptable Text Editor is still part of the AppleScript SDK:

<ftp://ftp.apple.com/developer/Development_Kits/AppleScript/AppleScript_SDK.sea.hqx>

Of course, a 50M download for an obsolete program is questionable, but I'll let everyone determine its questionability for their own needs.
