OK, just to prove I'm not just an old complainer, I'll share the long awaited news. I've just gotten "the ticks" on X. I installed X at home a few weeks ago and just now I've gotten the first of my scripting additions (and the simplest) to work. There's still a bunch of stuff to do, but I've got the framework up and running, so that's something. Jon's Commands X lives.
There are going to be a few commands who don't make it into the Carbon world, unfortunately. I'm just afraid their some people's favorites. It's bound to happen, y'know. I'll save the list for when I'm more certain of their fates.
