I think there is not less osax developing than "ancient" times. In fact,
it's true there is not many osaxen _ported_ to X, but actually (under my
point of view) there is some interesting projects.
E.g. seems that Jon's Commands will go ahead, I'm pretty sure that Akua
will do the propper, ACME too, 24U's email & appearance, all iimori's stuff,
Ikegami's ExifInfo, Hikaru Abe's graphics work-to, Satimage, Tanaka "will"
do, "Pasoftware" is doing it, Mark Aldritt too, Vampiresoft...
Also, there is some "hidden" authors developing private osaxen, or not
distributing it as "stand-alone" (QuoEdit's text editor, i. e., acomplishes
three additions).
Perhaps it does exist a little discouragement because of _big_ growing of
scriptable apps and alternate solutions, but I'm sure about osaxen's
survival.
