Yes, it appears Apple is indeed eating it's own dog food; and I'll be
looking into storing my resources in data forks in the future too (as long
as no major disadvantages come to light, that is).
As far as performance goes, I guess I could do some real tests to time the
speeds of both. Maybe I'll do that when I get a chance and post the results
here.
