Change the names of the items to something that works for you. You may also
want to experiment with different spellings that match the way you speak.
With my home-counties English drawl I found that 'Foe Toe Shop' worked
better as a speakable item name than 'Photoshop'.
Longer names work better than short ones, within reason. You may have more
luck with "Open the Favorites folder, please" than with just "Favorites".
