I agree, Paul. Some feedback might even help to avoid using this list for
comparing/checking essentially OT matters.

In the absence of any 'official' comment, I should like to thank those who
confirmed that the problem was not of my making. (For the record, deliveries
of my digests now seem to have settled down to a more logical pattern.)
