[ANN] Eudora Betas available

Serious email users will be happy to hear that Eudora 5.2.10 is finally available.

Note that a public beta of Eudora is virtually a finished product, all the serious bugs having been ironed out in the alpha stage.

I have been running 5.2 for many weeks and can run the one version from OS 10 or OS 9.

A problem with the "start notifying" event introduced when Eudora was first carbonized, has now been solved, which means that incoming mail can again be filtered through a script. I have done a little work for SpamSieve

<http://www.c-command.com>

and got this working with Eudora. SpamSieve's author will probably want to produce his own applet for this but I have produced a trial EudoraHelper stayopen applet which works transparently with SpamSieve besides performing all sorts of other tricks. If you want to try EH, drop me a line and be patient.
