scripting the sharing pref pane?

everytime i restart 10.2.1, the internet sharing option on the sharing
pref pane switches off. i want to write a script i can put into my
startup items that will turn it on for me. however, i am unable to
find a dictionary for the pref. are the system preferences even
scriptable?
