Sadly, still not implemented, but likely for the next major release. No promises, but it's definitely bubbling up to the top of the list.

If you can, how do you tell Mail to open a window containing a message as if I'd double-clicked on the message in the viewer window?
I.e, get the window with the Reply/Reply All/Forward/Print toolbar.

I read that as of March this hadn't been implemented but that was a long time ago.
