Personally I like this feature, I know that it is annoying when you are away
from your network, but I like to think that the help is being updated, or at
least when a question can not be answered it may be checked online.

Lets face it trouble shooting help is always incomplete when a product is
released. So an updated download should continue

Configuration and options help should be complete when released and should
not download unless there is no result found.
