I've forgotten the details now, but they're slowly coming back to me. If you
want a custom applet to have a unique icon, you also have to give it a
custom (unique) creator code in another resource, and a -- was it an 'FREF'
resource that pairs the icon resource with the creator code. I've probably
got this wrong, but it was something like that. It's not hard; you just have
to know how to do it right.
