Hi all,
In Jaguar, if you create a user with the capability to open all System
Preferences, that user still cannot change the startup disk. I'm trying to
figure out if there's a way to AppleScript the ability to boot into OS 9.
The only apparent solution is to use the 'do shell script' bless command as
admin user, but that won't work if the logged-in user isn't an
administrator.
Is there a way to create a multi-line script that first authenticates to
perform this?
