FWIW, I did file an enhancement request for this at http://bugreport.apple.com (#3045806).

Are we allowed to look up bugs? I couldn't find a way to do that. Perhaps because I only have a freebie ADC account?

I've never tried and don't know how to look up arbitrary ones either. When I log in, I can only view the status of the ones I've submitted. But since everyone's take on Script Menu was slightly different, I think the one put in for command keys should be augmented with the other ideas because they are in the same area and theoretically, it would be more practical for whoever is working on Script Menu to have all the RFEs at hand in order to devise an implementation plan.

Another problem with Apple's bug reporter is that, although it is SSL-ed, its mail response contains your address info in clear text. Not very nice. Makes me less enthousiastic about filing bug reports and RFEs (of which I have many :)).
