'reopen' was very new when the ASLG was printed. ASLG is up-to-date for AS
1.3.7 (OS 8.6), and reopen was introduced right about then or perhaps OS 8.5
(AS 1.3.6) as i best recall (I had only just started AppleScript around that
time.)
