That's what AppleScript Studio is for. But only for its own windows. Unless
some app has event click detection scripted into its windows, it can't be
done for them. Smile (where the user also has to have Smile, which you can
bundle) and 24U Appearance osax (the last in a very limited way) can also
detect clicks made in their own windows.
