"Paste Reference" doesn't work with the Finder because the Finder isn't
putting the right stuff on the clipboard. (To be fair to the Finder,
this is really because of changes to the Apple Event Manager -- what's
considered "right" changed.) It doesn't work in Script Editor 2.0
(beta) because the command simply isn't there. There are bugs filed on
both problems.
