List folder crashing bug

List folder will intermittently crash the caller when given a file instead
of a folder (either a path string, file or alias). Try this:
repeat 10 times
list folder "path to a file somewhere"
end
I realise that list folder isn't meant to be passed a file, but that brings
up a separate point about the ever-changing coercion to alias behaviour. In
any case, an error would be nicer than a crash.
