I've replaced yesterday's eunotice with a completely different set of procedures.

The stay-open applet "eunotice" in not now meant to be edited. Instead, it hands on the data to five scripts that handle the different occurrences and are designed to be edited by the user. The use of a file for the message list enables the list to be handled without the crazy syntax that is otherwise needed, though I may manage without the file in future. It's very fast anyway, so That's not a problem. Consider the previous version defunct.

eunotice will now accept events to change the names of the scripts it calls, so that you can switch actions at will. I have greatly extended the Read Me to give what I hope is a clear introduction to the whole process.
