Well, Paul, IceCoffee is one of the things I removed all trace of,
and I now have my Services menu back in all carbon apps without any
special tweaking, so I'm not about to but it back unless you can give
me a good reason.
Unfortunately, after all this messing about, Classic won't launch in
spite of an hour's worth of DiskWarriors and Permissions repairs etc.
Shades of the old days :-(
