Scripting The Launcher (newbie)

Hi All,

I am currently having a little trouble with the launcher. Apparently "someone" somehow made the launcher window infinitely tall (5 minutes working on it got nowhere. I tried deleting the prefrences file to no avail. Could anyone help me write a script to set it back to none infinite length? The main problem I ran into when experimenting is that there is no dictionary.
