What happened before (pre-OS 10.1) was that it wouldn't error, it would just
give you false, incomplete results if there were more than 200 or so items.
If you were lucky, it would just completely poop out after some indecent
time interval so at least you'd know something was wrong.
By all reports, it is indeed fixed in AS 1.6 (I think) and higher in OS X. I
haven't tried it with a truly enormous folder like my User or System folder,
mind you.
