In fact, I have found that I am not able to save any script as an
application. :-((

Am I the only one in the galaxy ? ;-)

<mirror> ... you're not alone since I'm the other side... </mirror>

(Mach-O 10.2.5 / AS.component 1.9.1)

I confirm: some of my scripts can't be saved as applications with
Apple's SE2 displaying this marvellously sibylline message:

"Save
Couldn't save document."

(Nothing in the Console)

However, the same scripts are perfectly saved as applications from
within Apple's SE 1.9 and Smile 2.5.2 too.
(Untested with Script Debugger 3.06)

Any idea?

Thanks!
Philippe/SVM Mac

Thanks Phil,
It would be interesting to understand the reason why some of us using the same OSX and the same SE versions succeed in saving as an application, and other do not.

Could it be because you and I use a translated OSX ?

No problem with Apple's SE 1.9 and Smile 2.5.2.

Yours
BA
