Any other options for those who have (happily) deleted Classic from their

You can open a Hypercard stack with TextEdit, and read the contents
(which will include the text of buttons, the scripts themselves, and
the texts in text fields of cards).
You can also drop in on Smile or Script Editor and read an
Applescript dictionary from an Apple product that puts the others to
shame. I took my first steps in Scripting in Hypercard in 1980s and
Applescript was a bit of a comedown after than -- and remains so.
There's a simple magic message that unlocks the program and allows
you to script it. If anyone can remind me of it, I'd be very
grateful -- I still have HC 2.1 unlocked, but it would be great to
have 2.4.1 unlocked and with the aete into the bargain.
Here's an interesting URI -- one of many.
