And I'm offended by people who expect movies to be carbon copies of the
books they're based on.

I'm also offended that when you see Sauron early in the first movie, he
looks like a cross between the Black Knight, and one of the Knights Who Say
Ni! The lord of evil should not look like a monty python reject, with a
bling-bling on one hand.
