Well, its AppleScripting (AS 1.9.2) is already much more mature than OS
10.2.8's (AS 1.9.1). Much. They fixed maybe 100 long-standing bugs and
limitations. What are you waiting for? OS 10.3.1 is also generally much more
mature than 10.2.8 - you could think of it as 10.2.23 if it makes you feel
better. Have you heard of many bugs with 10.3.1 that would affect the
operation of your computer? Or is it just a sort of general practice or
superstition? Any bugs in 10.3.1 are likely to be with _new_, mostly
optional, OS features which you can simply avoid using. If you know of any
which would mess up your your workflow, OK, hang on. But 10.3.1 actually
fixes far more Jaguar limitations than it introduces. Like Steve Jobs said,
OS X makes it much easier for the Apple programmers to do their own
developing.
