I've been bouncing them back myself and guess what?
They bounce back saying their mailbox is full!!!
Obviously, a lot of people have already bounced them back to the
anti-spam service.

Filter them out or bounce them. Verification is a waste of everyone's
time and senders can end up registering themselves all over the place
with people claiming to be someone else's anti-spam service. It's so
obviously a bad idea it makes me suspicious.
