Run Script Editor (/Applications/AppleScript/Script Editor.app), Go to the Menu item File -> Open Dictionary... and select it. A list will pop up with most of the scriptable applications on your computer. Select the one whose dictionary you want to see and click on the "Open" button at the bottom-right corner of the window.

However, not a lot of these kinds of system preferences are directly scriptable. For that you tend to have to use GUI Scripting which mainly uses the System Events dictionary. For more information look at this web page:
