Yes that's right, but it fixed a bug dealing with accents and you can't install it on systems that deal with accents (non english). That's ridiculous.

Though it can't be "legally" installed, you can use Tome Viewer to extract the necessary parts and install it manually. It runs fine on my German OS 9.1.

Really it works ? So I really don't understand why Apple has forced the installer to refuse to work on other systems than non english ones !

<semi-on-topic-whine>But I must say, that I'm really annoyed at how Apple handles international issues nowadays. It's obvious that Apple has abandoned international Versions of OS 9 much earlier than it has US english OS 9. And OS X localization has to stop half-way, because there's much too much reliance on file names and locations (leaving Application names in english - the localized names are mere aliases). The Unix geeks at Apple seem to have no idea of the benefits the Type/Creator scheme had in that respect.</semi-on-topic-whine>
