Does anyone know of a way to convert 2 page PDF files to single page bitmap
files other than this; AS opens the file "100001.pdf", then deletes page 2
and saves the file to "100001_1.pdf" and then reopens "100001.pdf" and
deletes page 1 and saves to "100001_2.pdf" and then using a recorded action
in Photoshop opens and save each as bitmap tiffs. This works but is not as
fast as I would like due to the fact that I have some 20,000+ PDF files to
convert.
