No, because if I can't see a name in the UI of an address book, then it's
*useless* to me.

Really? Research how? Why, let's just go find some nice technical
documentation on Applescripting Mail other than the dictionary...oh dear,
it's rather sparse.
Let's go find an up to date language guide...nope.
Let's go find a tech note on the AppleScript site that clearly explains the
changes in Mail's dictionary across versions...oh look, they aren't there,
or if they are, they are rather well hidden.
Am I imagining that the only applications from Apple that are scriptable are
the low end consumer applications? Am I imagining that iMovie has a single
term in it's dictionary that is, as far as I can tell, is undocumented
outside of someone's desk at Apple? Am that the iTunes 3 homepage doesn't
even contain the word Applescript? Not according to the search I did not 30
seconds ago. Am I imagining that the "Top of the line scripting environment"
on Mac OS X has no more debugging capability than Script Editor for
AppleScript?
Tell me exactly *where* Apple's support for this tool that is still critical
for it's survival anywhere outside of where Sal can beat people into it?
