Good Lord! Choke...! I'm gobsmacked.

That's a very handy shortcut, Paul, but At Ease? I thought that had gone the
way of OpenDoc & PowerTalk. Is this some sort of perverse 'legacy support'
thing? Is it documented anywhere? I can't see any way that a newcomer to AS
in OS X would be able to divine this, except by writing to this list and
tapping into your encyclopedic knowledge.
