"Command" vs. "Event"

Hi,

Word semantics here: I'm curious as to why SE2's Dictionary window uses the label "Events" rather than the traditional "Commands" [1] in the outline column. Does it represent a fundamental future shift in AS jargon, or is it just a minor oversight in need of standardisation? [2]

Cheers,

has

[1] Commonly used by scripters and all the AS literature I've ever read, including ASLG.

[2] BTW, I'd like to see a clear distinction drawn between messages sent by the application to the user, "Events", and messages sent by the user to the application, "Commands". That puts the emphasis on how things are _used_ (which is important), rather than how things _work_ (which is not).

(Mind you, I'd like to see quite a number of changes and additions made to the application dictionary format in general.)
