Greetings!

Via the Mail addresses window, I'd like to put an address not only in the 'To:' or 'CC:' fields, but also in the body of a message.

Drag&Drop puts a card, and I just need to put 'Name + <URL>'.

How to do that in AppleScript?

Take a look at the example Applescripts here:

file://localhost/Library/Scripts/Mail Scripts/

Keep in mind that System Events is only one way to script an application. It's far simpler to use the built-in scriptability of an application than to use System Events.
