Tex-Edit: Select this "wild text"

  • Subject: Tex-Edit: Select this "wild text"

Hi Crew;
I am trying to set the style of text looking like this:
<a class=TEXT?
where the ? will represent EITHER the closing tag (>) OR a space character.
TEXT may be any length of text.
What is the best, easiest and fastest way to accomplish this task?

Saying "class=^* " doesn't work, because the space character is not
recognized as a delimiter.

And I can9t say 3select word after selection2 or 3select word 3 of
selection2 because the character 3>2 is recognized as an alphabetical
character.
The 3word 3 of variable2 only works when the text is in a variable.

Along this line, are RegEx commands available for OSX/Tex-Edit?

Hope that makes sense . . .
