Adobe Acrobat - Extract Pages - how?

Hi:

Today's other Adobe scripting problem...

Does anyone know how to tell Acrobat 5 to extract a page and save it as a separate document?

Or, how to save a PDF to a separate file with a new file name?

My main goal is to split a multi-page PDF into separate 1-page files named, eg, 01.pdf...96.pdf.
