Adobe InDesign - Unlink From - how?

Hi:

I've spent a lot of time tonight trying to figure out how to make a text frame, that I know the script label of , "unlink from" the Master Spread so I can put some text into it, but to no avail. Incredibly, there is no example in the Adobe Scripting Guide and there is no example in Shirley Hopkins' book. I had to go to each page and Command-Shift-click these boxes.

Does anyone know how to do this via script, or why Adobe chooses to make this a big secret to amateur scripters like me?

I tried variations on:

tell page x
unlink text frame "PageTitle" from Master Spread
end tell

Any help is appreciated,

l. guy o'rojo
