It worked for me; it opened Internet Explorer and then went to that web
site. I changed the default ftp helper from IE to Fetch (using IE's
preferences) and ran it again; this time it opened Fetch and displayed
the site.
If I could have figured out how to change the ftp helper to the Finder,
I would have done so and tested it again.
