The problem with the dictionary display is that you have to know what you're
looking for to find it. Sometimes you do and you just want to check what the
parameters are, but sometimes you don't know and you have to skim through the
whole thing to find what might be applicable to your case. It is a bad design
and it should be task oriented instead, although I'm not sure how Apple would go
about implementing that.
I wouldn't call it "totally useless" though... :)
