Perhaps some more erudite members of the list (or beyond) can elucidate.
Is the BSD kernel subject to SCO's threats?
IMHO, SCO's claims of 'ownership' to any aspect of UNIX are patently
absurd, but I confess I know little or nothing about the legalities.
Other views?
