Hi Paul!
Outlook's dictionary is very sparse. It does have the option to create a
mail message with various recipients and attachments and if you create the
message with the "display" option set to "false", it will send your message
without the need for user intervention.
However, Outlook's dictionary does not go beyond this. It offers nothing to
allow you to script the login process. Even the above can only be
accomplished if Outlook is actually running and logged in first.
Outlook Settings is not scriptable at all.
