As I've already said, make a plug-in without the ditl resource -- or use the one provided.

The plug-in needs to be rsrc/CSOm and contain a STR# resource id 3200.

The same is also necessary (on older versions) for the 4400 string list which determines global extra headers on outgoing mail -- not for personalities.


I see that a plug-in I wrote in 1994, accompanied with a TE+ readme etc, is still available:
