I got into it after doing a lot of automation with Photoshop actions. I had
always heard how easy AS was, so I got AppleScript for Dummies (which I
figured out later, isn't worth the paper it's printed on ;o). My first real
script updated everyone's ICC profiles. It deletes old ones from the
ColorSync folder, replaces them with new ones off a server, and places a set
of new Photoshop conversion actions on everyone's desktop. I'm learning AS
piece by piece.
