Depends on what you already know. Have a look at stepwise.com if you're
interested in Cocoa, but you'll want to have at least a little C under your
belt before you plunge in. Right here with AppleScript is a good place to
start if you don't know any programming languages yet. Also check out
developer.apple.com and sign up at least for a free online developer
connection membership.
